酒店环境非常棒！几乎来怀柔都住这儿。酒店服务很好，特别是前台办理入住很有耐心、态度友好热情。这次入住时因我们会员卡丢失出现的订房问题，在赵帅和朱雨的帮助下顺利入住了，还帮我们升级了海景房，真是太好了，下次我们还会继续住这边。

大品牌 服务比起一般的酒店还是好很多……不错

酒店设施很好，外面湖边景观也很好，带父母孩子去的。都很满意

周围环境太美，三楼出去漫步路很好。前台人员入住时我已给了开发票明细，但他交班:忘了，结果离开时浪费我20分钟。

非常棒，景色特别美，酒店也特别舒服，特别是前台的大美女王小姐特别热情，办事效率也特别高
